How to get Permission for border crossing:

  • Booking duration should be more than 14 days
  • Border crossing option is avaialble for certain vehicle classes (read description)
  • High Season rates will be applied to bookings in Low & Middle season

Driving License:
To drive legally in Kazakhstan & Uzbekistan you need to have an International Driver’s Permit (IDP)
in addition to your license from your home country.

Speed limits:

  • 60 km/h – City
  • 90 km/h- Highways

 

Basic rules:

  • Follow the road signs
  • Follow the speed limit
  • 0% Alcohol. If the police can smell any alcohol then you are consider drunk.
  • Headlights should be always ON during driving.
    This rule is mandatory and regardless of the time of day.
